Cream Of Tomato Soup With Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

2 (14 oz.) cans Italian plum tomatoes (undrained)
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients except cheese.
Top with cover and pulse until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a saucepan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
Stir in cheese; heat until cheese melts.
