Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can new potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. butter
    1/4 to 1/3 c. instant potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    parsley flakes
    1/4 chopped onion
Preparation
    Bring water, butter and milk to a boil.
    Add instant potatoes, salt, onion and pepper; mix well.
    Amount of instant potatoes depends on your desired thickness.
    Add diced potatoes; simmer until hot and desired thickness.
    Serve and top with parsley flakes.
