Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage head, leaves broken apart and wilted in hot water for 5 minutes
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce or 2 c. beef bouillon
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cabbage and tomato sauce or bouillon.
    Put about 1/4 cup mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up.
    Place in freezer, wrapped, in a baking dish.
