Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Blend cheese and mayonnaise with sugar.
Add fruit, nuts and cream.
Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Freeze six hours. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
Slice and serve on lettuce.
Serves 8 to 10.
