Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

6 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Bring broth and cooked rice to boil.
Beat eggs and lemon juice in bowl just long enough to combine.
Pour broth over eggs, gradually stirring constantly, allowing eggs to shred but not curdle.
Serve.
