Chicken Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe, medium sized avocado, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced
4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
Preparation

Combine the avocado,
olives, celery, chicken, salt and the eggs and mix carefully with the mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve on a bed of lettuce.
