Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. slice and bake sugar cookie dough
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices and arrange on cookie sheet or cake pan, overlapping slightly.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown.
    Let cool.
    Combine juices from pineapple and oranges (or orange juice) to make about 1 1/2 to 2 cups.
    Stir in two tablespoons cornstarch and cook.
    Stir constantly until thick. Cool.
    Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip and spoon on cooled crust. Arrange fruits on top of cheese and Cool Whip mixture.
    Use pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, halved strawberries, sliced kiwi, halved grapes, banana slices, etc.
    Pour fruit juice mixture over fruit.
    Cover well (especially bananas).
    Chill.
    Cut in squares and enjoy.
