Creamy Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes, mixing until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place in a 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
