Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cold milk
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix milk and pudding mix.
Add Cool Whip.
In a 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan or baking dish, line bottom with whole graham crackers.
Top with layer of pudding mixture.
Alternate layers of graham crackers and pudding mixture.
Top layer will be graham crackers.
Smooth chocolate frosting over top layer of graham crackers and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.
