Hot Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
    1 lb. cream cheese
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    red pepper, to taste
    mustard, dry or prepared, to taste
Preparation
    Shred American and cheddar cheese together. Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise. Combine cheeses and remaining ingredients. Let sit for 1 hour; taste to see if seasoned enough, then shape into balls. Wrap in wax paper then foil. Refrigerate or freeze, soften before serving.
