Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. minced celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Squeeze liquid from sauerkraut.
Set aside to drain while preparing the onion, celery and green pepper.
Mix all together. Add sugar, oil and vinegar.
Let mellow for several hours or overnight.
