Honey Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped raw apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream eggs, oil, sugar and honey.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well.
Then add vanilla, chopped nuts and apples.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until pick placed in center comes out clean.
