Polynesian Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 chickens
    bay leaf
    onion
    salt and pepper
    chow mein noodles
    cooked rice
    chicken and gravy
    peas (2 pkg. frozen)
    chopped onions
    sliced celery
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    pineapple tidbits, drained
    slivered almonds
    coconut, shredded
    tomatoes (cherry or quartered whole ones)
Preparation
    Cook
    chickens with ingredients mentioned (covered with water) until
    tender.
    Cool
    and\tdebone keeping liquid.\tAdd chicken, one
    can
    of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup stuffed olives to broth; cook all together and thicken. Place ingredients in row; take some of each things and place on top of each other. Serves 12.
