Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) pkg. chicken legs
    2 to 3 cans stewed tomatoes with juice
    1 to 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with juice
    1 large jar pimentos, drained
    2 large jars sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 pkg. cooked spaghetti
    2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    seasoning to taste
    Pam spray
Preparation
    Boil chicken legs until cooked (reserve chicken stock).
    Mix chicken meat (skinned and boned), stewed tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes, pimentos, mushrooms and 1 pound of Cheddar cheese. Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Add cooked spaghetti.
    Mix well.
