Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 lb. mild sausage, cooked, drained, cooled and crumbled
6 slices white bread, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat together eggs, milk and mustard.
Add sausage, bread, salt and pepper.
Stir to blend.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until lightly browned.
Can be mixed the night before.
