Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. corn
    1 to 2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. peas
    1 qt. tomatoes
    2 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 c. celery
    1 c. lima beans
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Put all ingredients in big pot and cook. I cook the beef for 1 hour and then add the other ingredients and cook for 35 to 45 minutes.
