Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing
    3 green peppers
    Velveeta or sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger. In the same skillet add seasoning pack from stuffing mix and water according to package directions. Simmer 2 minutes. Add bread crumbs and let stand. In a separate kettle, bring water to a boil. Add 4-6 green pepper halves. Cook peppers until tender crisp. Stuff peppers with hamburger mixture, alternating with cheese. Put peppers on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
