Steve'S "Hot" Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot Italian green frying peppers
1 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic
garlic powder
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 box crackers (any type)
1 stick hard Italian bread
Preparation

Combine peppers and oil in frying pan.
Heat to medium.
Chop garlic and add. Flip peppers and rotate until all peppers are completely soft (cooked) all the way through.
Sprinkle with garlic powder as you rotate peppers. Remove cooked peppers.
Put in bowl.
Drain 90% of oil and pour remaining oil and garlic on top of peppers.
Slice peppers and serve on crackers with cheese. Spread garlic oil on bread and serve.
