Fresh Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
3 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Bring to a boil, and add the cranberries, then reduce the heat to medium-low.
Cook until the skins pop.
Cool the sauce completely at room temperature.
Then refrigerate until firm. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
