Caramel Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. unsalted butter (8 Tbsp.)
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/3 c. small pecan halves (you can mix pecans and walnuts)
1 lb. (1 loaf) frozen bread dough, thawed to point where dough is workable but not rising
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

For 1 loaf, use 10 x 7-inch pan.
For 2 loaves, double recipe and use one 9 x 13-inch and one 10 x 7-inch pan.
