Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
several carrots
1 onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
heaping tsp. sugar
salt
several Tbsp. mayo
celery seed (optional)
Preparation

Grate cabbage, carrots and onion (I use a food processor). Mix water, sugar and vinegar; pour on veggies and let sit a few hours.
Drain off liquid.
Mix with mayo.
Season to taste with salt.
