Hasty Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 c. cold milk
    1 c. cold cooked rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    whipped topping (optional)
    maraschino cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix and milk.
    Beat for 1 to 2 minutes until well blended.
    Stir in rice and raisins.
    Spoon pudding into individual bowls.
    Chill.
    Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
