Health Nut Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sliced turkey breast
sliced tomatoes
Swiss cheese
alfalfa sprouts
Dijon mustard
whole wheat bread
Preparation

Spread Dijon mustard on 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
Put a slice of Swiss cheese on each.
Put sliced tomato and sprouts on one piece of bread; put sliced turkey on the other.
Grill together.
A great sandwich and low in calories!
