Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    McKay's chicken seasoning
    1 qt. canned tomatoes and juice
    Jack cheese, cubed
    1 pt. corn
    7 oz. can green chilies
    3 small coarsely grated zucchini
    milk
Preparation
    Cook the onion in the margarine until soft.
    Add corn, zucchini, tomatoes and water to suit you.
    Add McKay's to suit your taste.
    Heat through.
    When hot, add milk to suit your taste. Serve over cubed cheese. Put cubes in the bottom of the soup bowl.
    Pour on soup and allow to just melt the cheese.
