Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add flour, salt, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and nuts.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
I use 350\u00b0.
You know your oven.
I have used everything in this but carrots.
