Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 to 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix well (all ingredients except pecans).
    Roll into a ball and coat with chopped pecans.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
