Man Pleaser Chicken(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 bay leaf
    4 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. vinegar
    artificial sweetener to equal 1 tsp.
    2 lb. skinned chicken
    2 to 3 onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken and onions, in a saucepan.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Arrange chicken pieces in shallow open pan, cover chicken with onion slices (do not skimp on the onions) and sauce.
