Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    3 c. white flour
    3 c. wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. high gluten flour
Preparation
    Heat to 120\u00b0 the honey, oil and water.
    Mix all dry ingredients, including yeast, together.
    Mix liquid with dry ingredients.
    Knead on floured surface for 5 to 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double. Punch down and form two loaves.
    Put in greased bread pans and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
