Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Cook rice, onion and 1/4 cup butter until golden.
    Add bouillon.
    Cover; cook 20 minutes on simmer.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter and a sprinkling of paprika.
