Mud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. soda
2 eggs

Preparation

Sift together the sugar, flour and soda.
Combine melted margarine, cocoa and boiling water.
Pour over dry sifted ingredients.
Beat quickly and add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Beat again.
Bake in 10 x 15 1/2 cookie sheet pan for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
