Tomato And Pepper Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    2 tomatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    cayenne pepper
    2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
Preparation
    Sprinkle minced onion over bottoms of pie shells.
    Over this put bacon and green pepper.
    Arrange tomatoes on top.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Whisk until mixed the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Ladle this over the cheese.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy.
