Easy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    2 to 3 onions, chopped
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste (may use other seasonings if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a lightly greased baking dish, layer potatoes, onions, carrots, celery and beef.
    Combine the soup, water and seasonings.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover; bake for 75 minutes, uncovering for the last 30 minutes so the liquid will thicken.
