Carnival Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage (original), cut into 2-inch pieces
3/4 c. uncooked converted rice
1 can celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 stalk celery
Preparation

For a quick-to-fix and easy to clean up meal, season to taste one portion per person of lean meat (small steak, pork chop or ground beef patty).
Place each one in the center of individual squares of foil.
Add slice of potato, carrot, onion, peppers or whatever veggies you like and season them to taste.
Close the foil around all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
