Nestle'S Congo Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
2-1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2-1/2 c. sifted flour
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 lg. eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a large saucepan, melt the margarine.
Stir in the sugar then remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add dry ingredients, chocolate chips and nuts, and mix well.
Spread in 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes; cool.
Cut into approximately 35 squares.
