Carrot Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and drain.
    Mash carrots.
    Add margarine, milk, eggs and rest of ingredients.
    Mix and pour into lightly greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until set.
