Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken, stewed
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 small onion
1/2 c. sweet pickles
4 eggs, boiled and mashed
mayonnaise to moisten
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Remove chicken from bones.
Discard skin.
Cut chicken finely. Combine chicken with all other ingredients.
