Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, cut into wedges
    1 small bell pepper, julienned
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1 small yellow squash (optional)
    1 small zucchini (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation
    Heat peanut oil in a wok or skillet until hot.
    Stir-fry squash and carrots about 1 minute.
    Add onion and celery for approximately 2 minutes.
    Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for another 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper and soy sauce and stir-fry approximately 30 seconds.
