Cheesy Spaghetti Bake - cooking recipe

8 oz. spaghetti noodles
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. water
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (Durkee)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Brown chuck with onion; drain.
Add tomato sauce, 2 1/4 cups water, spaghetti sauce mix, oregano and salt.
Simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions, rinse and drain; set aside.
In skillet, melt butter (take away from heat); stir in flour until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup water and milk; stir until smooth.
Put in cheese and place on burner just long enough to melt the cheese and stir until smooth.
Layer 1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 tomato sauce, cheese sauce (use all of it), remaining spaghetti and remaining tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Can be frozen.
