Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, sliced in rounds
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Into baking dish add beef, patted down firm.
Place potatoes, soup mixture (soup and water mixed).
Add onions.
Alternate potatoes, beef, onions and soup until gone.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with cheese and return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
