Cheese And Italian Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked deep dish 9-inch pie shell
1/4 lb. hot Italian sausage, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Prick bottom and sides of prepared pie crust with fork.
Bake 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle half of sausage over partially baked crust.
Combine remaining ingredients except sausage and pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with remaining sausage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
