Ingredients

1 1/4 c. grated squash
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks oleo
2 c. quick or instant oats
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix ingredients, except chocolate chips, raisins and nuts, which are optional.
Then fold in the chips, raisins and/or nuts in any combination you choose.
Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
