Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. raisins, opt.
1/4 c. nuts, opt

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
Then add dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 35-40 mins.
