Red Valentine Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. coffee
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. red food coloring
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream
    butter; add
    sugar
    and
    beat
    well.
    Add
    eggs. Combine next 3
    ingredients; add, beat well.
    Dissolve soda in buttermilk; add to mixture.
    Pour batter into two 8-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes. Spread on a cream cheese with pecans icing.
