Stuffed Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. onion and mushroom soup mix
    1 roasted red pepper, cut in strips
    3 oz. Provolone cheese, cut in strips
    6 strips ham
Preparation
    Preheat broiler or grill.
    Mix beef and soup mix.
    Divide into 4 ovals.
    Indent with thumb and fill with pepper, cheese and ham. Press meat around and reshape.
    Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
    Turn and grill 5 minutes longer for medium rare.
