Baked Potato-Vegetable Topped - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1 hot baked potato, split
    1/3 c. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 Tbsp. light Italian dressing
    2 tsp. Kraft 100% grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spoon cottage cheese over hot potato.
    Top with vegetables and dressing.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 1 serving. Preparation time:
    10 minutes plus baking potato.
    Using nonfat cottage cheese and Kraft Free Italian dressing, contains 370 calories, 2 grams total fat and 15 milligrams cholesterol.
