Garlic Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, unpeeled
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Depending on the size of the potatoes, halve or quarter to bite size.
    In a shallow roasting pan, toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Roast 1 hour or until tender and golden, tossing 2 or 3 times.
    Toss with parsley.
