Lemon Icebox Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. skim milk
1/2 tub Crystal Light lemonade mix (dry)
1 large box vanilla sugar-free instant pudding (dry)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free Cool Whip
6 graham cracker squares (3-inch)
Preparation

Layer graham crackers in bottom of 8 x 8 baking dish. In a mixing bowl, stir pudding and lemonade powder, then add milk and mix on low speed with hand mixer. Add three-fourths of the fat-free Cool Whip. Pour mixture on graham crackers and top with remaining fat-free Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
