Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 to 4 lb. well trimmed beef brisket
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    dash of nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except brisket) and pour over brisket.
    Marinate for several hours (overnight).
    Cover lightly with foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
    Pour barbecue sauce over brisket; replace foil and bake another hour.
