Spanish Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. ground beef, lean
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    ripe olives (optional)
    1 pkg. large noodles
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, melt the 4 tablespoons butter.
    Add ground beef, chopped onion and crushed garlic; cook until brown.
    Drain off fat and set aside.
    In saucepan, mix and heat the tomatoes, tomato soup, tomato sauce, mushrooms and olives.
    Cook noodles according to directions on package.
    Drain and add the 2 tablespoons margarine, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a very large, buttered casserole dish.
    Top with 1 pound of grated American cheese.
