Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (7 oz.) cans whole green chilies (Ortega)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
15 oz. can tomato sauce (optional)
Preparation

Wash chilies, remove seeds, lay flat and pat dry.
Mix together grated cheeses.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/2 the chilies, cheese, chilies and cheese.
Mix together eggs, flour and milk. Pour on top of chilies.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Pour on tomato sauce.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
